Returns
I gladly accept returns within 14 days after you receive your hat.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your hat must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Items returned without prior contact cannot be accepted.
How to Request a Return
Please contact me at support@hatsiresh.com to start a return. I’ll guide you through the process personally.
Damages or Issues
All hats are handmade and inspected before shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, please let me know as soon as possible so I can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the hat you want is to return the original and place a new order.
Refunds
Once I receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 3 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
