1. Can I order a hat in a different color or size?
Yes, I accept custom orders. Please contact me before placing an order to discuss all the details.

2. Are all items available or are they made to order?
Some items are in stock and ready to ship. Some models are created after ordering - production time is 3-5 business days.

3. What are the items made of?
I use high-quality natural materials: merino wool, silk, cotton, linen, leather and fittings. All materials are carefully selected for durability and comfort.

4. How to care for felted or textile items?
Hand wash only in cool water. (Care instructions included)

5. How to choose the size?
Measure the circumference of your head 1.5 cm (0.6 inch) above the eyebrow line (above the ears). Specify this size when ordering and I will make the item for you.

6. How do your hats differ from factory ones?
Each accessory is handmade and is the result of many years of experience, creativity and unique design. A complete copy of some products is impossible. In this case, you get an exclusive item that no one else has.
