Can I return an item purchased from you?

Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days. This means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Standard delivery by Ukrposhta is carried out by air transport. You will be provided with a tracking number for your parcel.
